Our unique ADP program covers device repairs provided by Secured Tech Solutions or provides reimbursements for self-maintainers or third-party repair depots.

You utilize our portal to log incidents, we send prepaid
shipping labels, repair your devices, ship them back, and you
are billed nothing.

You purchase parts upfront, we agree on repair prices,
and you invoice us for reimbursements.

Parent Opt-In ADP

You utilize our portal to log incidents, we send prepaid 
shipping labels, repair your devices, ship them back, you are billed
nothing for the covered devices. We invoice you for any devices we
repair that are not covered.

You Repair

You purchase all parts from us and we maintain appropriate inventory levels to ensure that you promptly receive parts. For students who opted-in to ADP: you submit invoices to us for their breaks. You receive payout by check or as a credit for parts.

We Provide

We provide marketing material that you can share with your parents. We have an easy-to-use online portal for parents that outlines their out-of-pocket costs without coverage, the terms of the coverage, and includes the capacity to collect device info (customizable for your needs) and their payments. We then share with you the list of students/devices that are covered after parents enroll.
